Canadian copies include a sticker stating 'Made in Canada' Previously unreleased tracks in audio include live performances in London, Paris and Rio de Janiero and the Live Aid recordings. Runouts are stamped, except for "MILES ABBEY ROAD 1/2 SPEED ROOM 30" which is hand-etched where present.
