Xhol Caravan

German Psychedelic Rock band from Wiesbaden, renamed from its predecessor in 1969 due to a change in music style. It was one of the first bands, which participated at the end of the '60s on the launch of the Krautrock movement in Germany. Nevertheless their music cannot be categorised. Their roots came from Rhythm and Blues and Soul. With their second album “Electrip”, they rapidly found their own style, which can be considered as an original fusion of Free Jazz, Psychedelic Rock and experimental Electronic Music. Their Jazz Rock can be compared with the spirit of Psychedelic Soul developed by . However, the unusual use of electric instruments and electronic manipulations made the band absolutely unique.
