The Molotovs are a mod-punk duo from London, England, comprising siblings Mathew and Issey Cartlidge. They have had a number of different drummers but by 2025 had become their regular drummer, although he is not credited as a part of the band. Formed during lockdown the band began by busking on the streets of London and incessant gigging around the capital. They began to generate a solid following and soon translated that to full tours and prominent support slots with the likes of , and . After much anticipation The Molotovs released their debut single in March 2025 and debut album in January 2026.
