The Fireballs were a Zambian "Zamrock" band active in the 1970's. Founded in Kitwe in 1968, the band produced one album, [r10622908], and several singles. A second album was recorded in the 1970's but remained unreleased. Following its rediscovery in the early 2000's, it received an official release as [m2258326] by in 2021. The Fireballs worked extensively with Zambian solo artist, for both his live performances and first two albums. (of and fame) was briefly a member of The Fireballs in the early 1970's..
