They have been named by TheBoot.com as one of the Ten Queer Country Bands for Real Country Music Fans to Listen To, is a quadruple nominee for Best Live Band by the Bay Area Reporter, is featured in the documentary Lavender Outlaws, and has landed in End of Year’ Best Of’ lists from No Depression, Concert Hopper, and the Atlanta Auditory Association. Their raw, honest, and authentic listening experience kicks ass without punching down. They offer up a brand of smoke-filled honky-tonk that’s traditional as they come -- albeit delivered with a fiery, punk disposition. Lead singer Cindy Emch, sometimes known as the ‘First Lady of Queer Country,’ is known for her distinct voice and ability to blend Americana, California Country, Hellbilly, Goth, and Honky Tonk, spinning radically distinctive tales from her singular perspective.
